Agreement - Terms and Conditions
Participants of this website please be aware of the following Terms and Conditions.
Participants submitting a posting request agree as follows:
1. I agree that the website owner makes no representations as to the nature of the services advertised or the character of the advertiser.
2. I agree that the website owner has no involvement and does not take any liability, responsibility or obligations for what results from the contact between the advertiser and the contacting party. Any potential legal aspects would be between the advertiser and the contacting party.
3. I agree that my request to be listed can be refused by the website owner. Potential reasons: Register capacity exceeded, too frequent "change of mind" in the past, listing data not relevant to the register category.
4. I agree that the website owner can remove my listing from the register when the data is no longer valid; e.g. change of address, phone number, web link to unknown.
5. I agree that when I have not updated or reconfirmed my listing for 3 years it can be removed from the register. This is to reduce the number of inactive participants and remove dead links.
