Beekeeping Courses in Queensland
A range of interactive and informative beekeeping courses delivered monthly in a fun, friendly and modern style. From beekeeping basics for beginners to gain confidence quickly, to advanced topics for seasoned beekeepers. Flow hive or traditional, come join us and take your beekeeping to the next level this season.
I am currently doing one on one lessons. I can tailor the lesson to suit you, or give you a complete introduction to beekeeping. $100 for approx. 2 hour lesson at the apiary.
I run workshops in Top Bar Beekeeping - A safe exploration of basic activities of top bar beekeeping, including initial set up, hive inspection and honey extraction. Usually 3 hours on a Sunday morning. Please email me to be informed of upcoming dates.

We run monthly Introduction to Beekeeping classes on the Sunshine Coast. If you or someone you know would like to learn about how to keep bees. - Nucleus Hives available from September 2019 to March 2020. Nucleus hives are 5 frames containing bees, a young laying queen, eggs, larvae, sealed brood, pollen and honey.
We are passionate about bees and what they do for us: If we didn't have bees, we wouldn't have much food to eat. This is why we decided to share our knowledge with other bee enthusiasts (and honey lovers) by offering practical bee courses. We run introductory, intermediate, advanced and refresher courses.
